中国科协与辽宁省人民政府在北京正式签订《落实全民科学素质行动计划纲要共建协议》。协议签署前,中国科协常务副主席、党组书记、书记处第一书记申维辰与辽宁省委副书记、省长陈政高,辽宁省副省长刘强一行就全民科学素质共建工作进行座谈。签约仪式由中国科协党组成员、书记处书记徐延豪主持,中国科协党组成员、办公厅主任吴海鹰,中国科协党组成员、中国科技馆馆长束为出席签约仪式。
China Association for Science and Technology and Liaoning Provincial People's Government formally signed in Beijing an agreement to implement the outline for an action plan for all people in a scientific quality. Prior to the signing of the agreement, Shen Weichen, executive vice chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, secretary of the party group and first secretary of the secretariat, held a panel discussion with Chen Qigao, governor of Liaoning Province and Liu Qiang, vice governor of Liaoning Province, on the work to build a scientific quality for all. The signing ceremony was presided over by Xu Yanhao, member of China Association for Science and Technology and member of the Secretariat of the Secretariat. Wu Haiying, member of the China Association for Science and Technology, member of the General Office of the CAST, member of the China Association for Science and Technology and curator of the China Science and Technology Museum attended the signing ceremony.
