结合在丹拉高速公路天津段施工监理的工程实际,介绍了深层水泥搅拌桩施工这种公路软地基处理施工工艺,分析了该施工工艺中粉喷与湿喷的区别,得出在本次工程中,采用粉喷桩能够对路基起到承载作用并保证软基处理效果,达到设计要求。详细阐述了工程试验桩施工和水泥搅拌桩施工过程中的施工要点及注意事项。最后通过水泥检验、施工操作注意事项、施工记录和质量自检方面的论述,说明了质量检验项目及工程验收要点,希望能对今后各种软地基地质实际工程有所启发。
Combined with the engineering practice of construction supervision in Tianjin section of Danla Expressway, this paper introduced the construction technology of soft foundation treatment of highway with deep cement mixing pile, analyzed the difference between powder spray and wet spray in this construction technology, , The use of DJM pile can play a bearing role of the subgrade and ensure the soft foundation treatment effect, to meet the design requirements. The essentials and precautions of construction of test pile construction and cement mixing pile construction are elaborated in detail. Finally, through the cement inspection, construction operation considerations, construction records and quality self-inspection aspects of the description of the quality inspection projects and acceptance points of the project, hoping to be able to future a variety of soft ground geological engineering inspired.
