选取00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢为研究对象,采用焊条电弧焊和钨极氩弧焊对其进行焊接,然后观察接头组织并测试接头的力学性能。依据00Cr22Ni5Mo3N的性能主要取决于接头组织中相比例的特点,对比焊接工艺方法对焊缝组织和力学性能的影响。最后,对比不同热处理温度对接头的组织和力学性能影响。结果是热输入为1.2k J/mm的氩弧焊焊接工艺可以得到优良的焊缝组织和良好的力学性能,同时热影响区的组织在1050℃固溶处理后组织细小且分布均匀。
The 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel was chosen as the research object. The welding was performed by arc welding and TIG welding. Then the joint structure was observed and the mechanical properties of the joint were tested. According to 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N performance depends on the characteristics of joints in the proportion of comparative welding technology on the weld microstructure and mechanical properties. Finally, the effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were compared. The result is an argon arc welding process with a heat input of 1.2 kJ / mm, which results in excellent weld texture and good mechanical properties, while the microstructure of the HAZ is fine and uniformly distributed at 1050 ° C.
