高职学校所培养的大学生,作为未来国家的高层次建设人才和社会主义事业的接班人,不仅是国家现代化建设的栋梁,寄托着中华民族的未来,而且同样也是社会主义法治国家建设的生力军,寄托着中国法治之路的希望。可以说,高职学生的法制观念如何、法律素质怎样,将关系到在新的历史时期,我们中华民族依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的进程。然而高职院校法制教育的有效性不强,从近年来的大学生犯罪的增长可见一斑。高职学生有着自己的特点,研究高职学生的法制教育具有重要的意义。
