城市化发展进程的不断加快给我国城市建设工作带来了新的发展机遇,城市基础设施也得到了更多的关注和认可。当然,在讨论建筑工程时,工程造价是人们不可忽视的一个重要问题,工程造价存在于建筑工程的每一个项目中,能够把建筑工程施工成本控制在合理范围内。本文主要论述了建筑工程造价的相关概念,然后分析了工程造价动态管控的价值,并提出了建筑工程造价动态管控的相关对策。
The accelerating process of urbanization has brought new opportunities for the development of urban construction in China, and urban infrastructure has also received more attention and recognition. Of course, in the discussion of construction projects, construction cost is an important issue that people can not ignore.
