伴随着经济的快速发展,我国收入差距不断拉大,收入分配不平等对经济增长会产生怎样的影响这一问题成为近几年研究的热点之一。本文着眼于山东省,利用2000-2009年这10年间省内17地市的面板数据对这一问题进行了实证研究。实证结果显示,在其他条件不变时,山东省的收入差距水平对经济增长的影响呈现倒U趋势,即合理的收入差距水平会促进经济增长,而过高的收入差距会阻碍经济增长,并得出居民收入比在2.6左右时,收入差距对经济发展的正向作用最大。
With the rapid economic development, the income gap in our country is constantly widening. What kind of impact will the income inequality have on economic growth has become one of the hot spots in recent years. This paper looks at Shandong Province and makes an empirical study of this issue using panel data from 17 cities in the province during the 10 years from 2000 to 2009. Empirical results show that under other conditions remain unchanged, the level of income disparity in Shandong Province shows an inverted U trend, that is, a reasonable level of income disparity will promote economic growth, while an excessively high income gap will hinder economic growth and When the income ratio of residents is around 2.6, the positive effect of income disparity on economic development is the highest.
