白银有色金属公司小铁山矿在1977年设计并制作了三套单向通过、机械联动式罐内阻车器,分别安装在主井的两个5号单层罐笼和副井的一个5号双层罐笼内。三年来使用效果良好。它动作准确、安全可靠,坚固耐用,而且容易制造。并使井口推车机、摇台和罐内阻车器三者完全实现联动化。该阻车器的结构如图1所示。它由开启机构和执行机构两大部分所组成。执行机构包括带曲臂的前阻车块6(据设计院的型式改进的)、缓冲弹簧(图中未表示)等
