用悬汞电极微分脉冲极谱溶出法对河流沉积物、土壤、桃叶中铜、铅、镉、锌的分析进行了研究。试验了样品的消解方法和微分脉冲极谱溶出法测定的各种条件,样品经硝酸+盐酸消解后,过滤,滤液蒸近干,将滤液蒸干的残渣溶解于盐酸溶液,加入盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原至二价铁,直接同时测定4个元素,铜E_p=-0.13V、铅E_p=-0.42V、镉E_p=-0.63V、锌E_p=-1.03V(对Ag/AgCl电极),用标准加入法定证,所得的分析结果与原子吸收光谱法对照是一致的。
