采用插销试验、HAZ最高硬度试验和小铁研方法研究了16MnR钢MAG焊的冷裂敏感性,探讨了MAG焊的焊接条件对其冷裂的影响,试验表明该钢MAG焊具有优良的抗冷裂性能。
The cold cracking susceptibility of MAG welding of 16MnR steel was studied by means of plug test, HAZ maximum hardness test and small iron study method. The influence of welding conditions of MAG welding on its cold cracking was discussed. The results show that MAG welding has excellent resistance to cold Cracking performance.
