一、概 况 我厂的空压机过去均用铸铁活塞环,由注油器向气缸注油润滑。一九七四年九月,我们学习了兄弟工厂的先进经验,在南京塑料工厂的大力支持下,开始在 4 L-20/8型空压机上试用塑料活塞环,取消注油器,实现了气缸无油润滑。后来又陆续将4台1-40/8空压机改为无油润滑。试用后经过拆检,证明情况良好,气缸壁比过去光滑,活塞环磨耗不大,平均使用半年以上仍可继续使用。空压机运转情况正常,排气量不减少。
