目的形成新生儿高胆红素血症中医诊疗方案专家共识。方法采用德尔菲法,成立专家小组,利用前期文献调查的结果制定专家问卷调查表,共进行2轮问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果总结出新生儿高胆红素血症中医证型、证候、治则、方药,各项指标的专家意见集中、协调程度较高。结论基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查能很好地总结新生儿高胆红素血症的中医诊疗方案,初步形成浙江省新生儿高胆红素血症中医诊疗方案专家共识。
Objective To form an expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Using Delphi method, an expert group was set up to make an expert questionnaire by using the results of previous literature survey. A total of 2 questionnaires were conducted and the results of the survey were statistically analyzed. The results concluded that the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia TCM syndromes, syndromes, rule, prescriptions, various indicators of expert opinion, coordination is higher. Conclusions The expert questionnaire based on the Delphi method can well summarize the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and initially form an expert consensus on the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in Zhejiang Province.
