已证实呋喃硝胺对治疗十二指肠溃疡有效,但对预防溃疡复发是否安全有效则报道极少。作者研究了呋喃硝胺预防溃疡复发的作用。 92例经纤维内窥镜证实十二指肠溃疡已愈合的病人,用呋喃硝胺每晚睡前150mg维持治疗1年。每隔4个月成者有其他临床指征时进行随访,每次随访记录溃疡的症状,作纤维内窥镜复查,并常规进行临床生化及血、尿分析。检查内容包括血尿素、肌酐、肝功能、血红蛋白水平、白细胞总数和血小板计数等。92
Nitrofurantamine has proven effective in the treatment of duodenal ulcer, but it is reported to be very safe and effective in preventing the recurrence of ulcer. The authors studied the role of furanitamide in preventing the recurrence of ulcers. 92 patients confirmed by fiber endoscopy duodenal ulcer healed patients with ranitidine per night before going to bed 150mg maintenance treatment for 1 year. Follow-up was performed every 4 months with other clinical indications. Ulcer symptoms were recorded at each follow-up. Fibrous endoscopy was performed and routine biochemical and blood and urine analyzes were performed.
