卫生部发布2004年第六次食品卫生预警公告。 应谨防摄食生鲜水产品导致的食源性寄生虫病。 食源性寄生虫病是指进食生鲜的或未经彻底 加热的含有寄生虫虫卵或幼虫的食品而感染的一 类疾病的总称。近几年,随着居民饮食模式的多 样化,提供生鲜及未彻底加热的水产品的食品生 产经营单位和摄食的人群数量呈上升趋势,由此 引发食源性寄生虫病的发病率大幅度升高。
