针对螺旋锥齿轮加工质量的现状,提出了面向螺旋锥齿轮机械式铣齿机的螺旋锥齿轮电化学光整加工工艺方法。通过分析成功应用的典型电化学光整工艺方法,解决了螺旋锥齿轮电化学光整加工实施中获得稳定、均匀极间电流场及电解液流场所涉及的阴极运动模式及阴极几何结构;同时,实验验证了该工艺方法的可行性。实验结果表明:在实验研究的条件下,在Gleason№16型万能铣齿机的一个精加工铣削周期内,螺旋锥齿轮齿面的表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1μm的水平,其加工精度可由DIN10级提高到DIN7级。
In view of the current situation of spiral bevel gear machining quality, a spiral bevel gear electrochemical finishing process method is proposed for the spiral gear bevel gear mechanical milling machine. By analyzing the typical electrochemical finishing process successfully applied to solve the spiral bevel gear electrochemical finishing process to obtain a stable, uniform electrode current field and electrolyte flow field involved in the cathode movement mode and the cathode geometry; the same time, The experiment verifies the feasibility of the process. The experimental results show that the surface roughness of spiral bevel gear tooth surface can reach the level of Ra0.1μm in a finishing milling cycle of Gleason №16 universal gear milling machine under the condition of experimental study. The machining accuracy can be determined by DIN10 Grade to DIN7 level.
