1994年12月,国务委员、国家科委主任宋健同志在看了国家科技风险开发事业中心创业公司的工作汇报后,批示“不胜鼓舞”。全国人大常委、教科文卫委副主任、原国家科委常务副主任李绪鄂同志做了批示。国家科委党组书记、常务副主任朱丽兰同志,党组副书记、常务副主任黄齐陶同志和邓楠副主任都已圈阅。宋健同志做重要指示:齐陶并绪鄂同志:久不闻“风险”风声,乍见程振登同志送来材料,不胜鼓舞。
