随着社会经济的发展,火车成了人们远距离出行的主要交通工具之一,而旅客在乘坐火车时难免会出现遗失火车票的情况,这就产生了关于火车票遗失后是否需要重新购买以及铁路部门要求旅客补票的规定是否合理的问题。本文从遗失车票要求补票是否合理分析以及对我国相关铁路运输机制的不完善分析来提出建议,目的是为了切实改进铁路部门的运输机制以及保障作为消费者的旅客的权益。
