中药黄芪常作为免疫调节剂应用于肿瘤等疾病的辅助治疗。本文采用黄芪小鼠体内外试验,研究了黄芪对ConA、LPS活化淋巴细胞的增殖调节、循环免疫复合物清除和IL-2的诱生和抗体产生的调节。结果表明体内注射黄芪能增强ConA刺激的T淋巴细胞的增殖反应和IL-2的诱生,亦能加强CIC的清除,增强抗体的产生,但对LPS刺激引起的B细胞增殖无明显促进作用。体外试验表明低剂量黄芪(5%)能增强ConA刺激引起的T细胞增殖和IL-2产生,中等剂量(10%)和高剂量(20%)黄芪反而抑制ConA刺激引起的T细胞增殖和IL-2的产生,对LPS刺激引起的B细胞增殖作用三个剂量的黄芪均无明显促进作用。
Traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus is often used as an immunomodulator in the adjuvant treatment of tumors and other diseases. In this article, we used the in vitro and in vivo experiments of Astragalus membranaceus to study the regulation of the proliferation of activated lymphocytes of ConA and LPS, the clearance of circulating immune complexes, the induction of IL-2 and the production of antibodies. The results showed that in vivo injection of Astragalus can enhance the proliferation of Con A-stimulated T lymphocytes and the induction of IL-2, can also enhance the clearance of CIC, and enhance the production of antibodies, but no significant role in promoting B cell proliferation induced by LPS stimulation. In vitro tests showed that low-dose jaundice (5%) enhanced T-cell proliferation and IL-2 production induced by ConA stimulation, whereas moderate-dose (10%) and high-dose (20%) jaundice inhibited Con A-stimulated T cell proliferation and IL The production of -2 had no significant effect on the proliferation of B cells induced by LPS stimulation in three doses of Astragalus membranaceus.
