淋巴丝虫病和盘尾丝虫病在热带、亚热带许多地区是重要的公共卫生问题。但到目前为止,人们对有关丝虫病的自然史,或丝虫引起宿主的免疫机理的了解还甚少。本文将新近有关丝虫病免疫学的各方面知识和今后的研究工作要点评述如下。
Lymphatic filariasis and onchocerciasis are important public health problems in many parts of the tropics and subtropics. However, little is known about the natural history of filariasis or the host immune mechanism caused by filariasis. In this paper, the recent aspects of immunology knowledge of filariasis and future research work are summarized below.
