杨剑波起诉证监会,光大证券乌龙事件再次引发热议,中国资本市场交易制度亟需完善。在沉寂半年之后,光大证券乌龙案再起波澜,2月8日,本案主角之一——光大证券原策略部主管杨剑波一纸诉状将中国证监会告上法庭。2月18日,北京市第一中级人民法院正式受理此案,2月19日,中国证监会、上海证券交易所、中国金融期货交易所公开回应此案件。
