改革和完善产权市场信息披露制度是推进产权市场化改革的重要组成部分。为更加深入认识加强产权市场信息披露的重要意义,进一步促进产权市场规范作好信息披露行为,更好保护投资者利益,本文通过梳理2003年以来产权市场有关信息披露制度,结合实际工作,从维护市场公平的视角,分析了当前产权市场信息披露存在的主要问题,针对性提出了加大产权市场信息披露力度的建议。
Reforming and improving the information disclosure system of property rights market is an important part of promoting the market-oriented reform of property rights. In order to have a deeper understanding of the importance of information disclosure in property rights market, further promote the normative behavior of property rights market for information disclosure and better protect the interests of investors, this paper reviews the information disclosure system of property rights market since 2003, and from the actual work, Market fairness perspective, analyzed the main problems existing in the current disclosure of property market information, and put forward suggestions on how to intensify the information disclosure of property market.
