近年来新一代网络与信息技术日新月异,第四代移动通信、泛在感知-物联/传感网、云计算、移动互联网/智能手机及其应用商店、智慧城市等等,层出不穷。在此基础上,围绕NGI、NGN、NGMN等进一步针对IP协议安全弊端的源头创新工作,经过多年努力终于在融合、创新与标准化方面推进到一个新高度,2011年提出了“未来网络”(FN,Future Networks)的新概念、新目标与新规范设计的全球标准化建议,并初步瞄准2015~2020年为其启动实施期。文章论述了智慧应急联动及智慧城市务实发展需重点注意的一些策略。
In recent years, new generations of networks and information technologies are evolving rapidly. Fourth generation mobile communications, ubiquitous sensing - IoT / sensor networks, cloud computing, mobile internet / smartphones and their application stores, smart cities, etc. emerge in endlessly. On this basis, the work of source innovation that further addresses the security shortcomings of IP protocols around NGI, NGN, NGMN, etc. has finally reached a new height in terms of integration, innovation and standardization after years of hard work. In 2011, “Future Network” (FN, Future Networks) new concepts, new goals and global norms of the new standard design recommendations, and initially targeted for 2015-2020 for the implementation of its launch period. The article discusses some strategies that the smart emergency linkage and smart city need to pay attention to in practical development.
