去年秋天,我们请中央教科所的陈云英博士来上海讲学的时候,在那次“随班就读”骨干培训会上,讲了要从本地本校实际出发,探索特殊儿童随班就读的工作,在师资条件允许的前提下,要加快随班就读步伐的要求。开展“随班就读”工作不仅是世界特教发展研究的课题,也是实施素质教育和上海建设一流教育的需要,它能满足这部分学生家长的需要,也符合我国特教发展的趋势。
Last autumn, when we invited Dr. Chen Yunying from the Central Academy of Education to come to Shanghai to give lectures, he told us at the “training for attending at regular intervals” that we should start from the actual situation of our university to explore the work of special children attending regular classes. Under the prerequisite that teachers’ conditions permit, we should speed up the requirements for the pace of attending regular classes. Carrying out the work of “attending general education” is not only the subject of special education development in the world, but also the need of implementing quality education and building first-class education in Shanghai. It can meet the needs of parents of these students as well as the trend of special education in our country.
