Polycrystalline Fe-Mo-Si-B alloys with grains sized from 15 to 200 nm were prepared by means ofthe crystallization method. A critical phenomenon was observed in the variations of microhardnessand electrical resistivity with respect to the annealing temperature. The critical temperature is 893 Kwhich corresponds to the average grain size of 45 nm.
