在“十一五”时期乃至整个战略机遇期的20年里,中国高等职业教育的发展,将由规模扩张转向提升质量为核心的内涵建设。高职院校内涵建设具有复杂性、多样性、长期性特点。本文从人才质量、办学特色、科学管理三个方面系统论述了高职院校内涵建设的战略重点。
In the “Eleventh Five-Year” period and even the entire strategic period of 20 years, the development of China’s higher vocational education, will shift from the scale of expansion to enhance the quality of the core content of the building. The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of complexity, diversity and long-term. This article systematically discusses the strategic focus of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges from three aspects of the quality of personnel, the characteristics of running a school and the management of science.
