林木种苗工作是林业发展生态建设的基础性工作,只有林木种苗提档次、上水平、增加科技含量才能加快林业的发展,才能提高林业经济效益和单位面积生产力水平。林木种苗工作的好坏关系到林业发展建设和生态环境质量的提高。现就以哈尔滨市为例谈谈对林木种苗工作的思考。
