目的:系统评价体位引流结合雾化吸入对呼吸系统疾病患者的排痰效果。方法:计算机全面检索Cochrane library、Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据知识服务平台和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台等数据库中有关体位引流结合雾化吸入对成年呼吸系统疾病患者排痰效果的临床对照试验。按照一定的纳入和排除标准选择文献,对符合的文献采用Revman5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:体位引流结合雾化吸入对比单纯雾化吸入可增加每日排痰量,缩短体温恢复天数和患者住院天数。结论:体位引流结合雾化吸入对呼吸系统疾病患者排痰效果较好。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of body position drainage combined with aerosol inhalation in expectoration of patients with respiratory diseases. Methods: A computer-based comprehensive search of Cochrane library, Pub Med, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and CNKI, VIP Journal Resource Integration Service Platform, A controlled clinical trial of inhalation on sputum production in patients with adult respiratory disease. According to a certain inclusion and exclusion criteria selection of literature, the use of Revman5.3 software for statistical analysis. Results: Body drainage combined with inhalation of atomization inhalation can increase daily sputum volume, shorten the body temperature recovery days and patients in hospital days. Conclusion: Body drainage combined with atomization inhalation has a good effect on expectoration of patients with respiratory diseases.
