改进教学提高教学质量已经成为全体教师非常重视的问题,这也正是国家对我们的要求。过去本刊已刊登过有关化学教学中钻研教学大纲、钻研教材,及如何改进实验,改进教法等方面的宝贵经验,这些都有助于教学质量的提高。除此以外,我认为如何通过提高化学测验题的质量来提高教学质量也是不可忽视的。我想在这方面谈谈我的体会,请同志们指正。在凯洛夫教育学中最后一章(201页)曾指出:“测验应该是鼓舞学生的一种手段,使他们经常有系统的每日学习知识、技能、技巧,并使这三者完美化;测验也是培养学生及时的慎密的准确的完成作业的习惯的手段。……对于学生知识及其整个作业的考查,是教学过程中不可缺少的一环,其必要性也和教学过程其他各个环节是一样的。考查既能帮助达成学习知识的高度自觉性和正确性又能使学生彻底的和牢固的记住知识。”以前对这些体会不够,因此在测验中往往流于形式,到某一阶段或学期终了出几个题目,评出分数就算完了,没有了解它的真正意义。我认为要达到测验的目的,关键问题在于测验题的质量。测验不应该机械地要求学生背诵某某元素的物理性质和化学性质,或某某物质的制法用途等,而应当包含着高度的思想内容和科学内容。应当在领导同学深入复习的基础上拟定出良好的试题,进行测验。一.测验题要有综合性,使先后学得的知识联系起来

I think to achieve the purpose of the test, the key question is the quality of the test questions. Quizzes should not mechanically require students to memorize the physical and chemical properties of a particular element or the method of lawmaking of a substance, but should include a high degree of ideological content and scientific content.
