目的观察闭合式上颌窦提升术用于种植修复的临床效果。方法选择医院2013年2月-2016年2月接收的口腔种植修复患者48例,利用抽签法将48例病例随机分成研究组和对照组各24例。研究组采用闭合式上颌窦提升术,对照组采用开放式上颌窦提升术。2组术后均予以12个月的随访,记录种植体的种植情况,比较炎症等并发症发生率。利用医院自拟的调查问卷,评价患者对治疗效果的满意程度。结果研究组种植体共植入34枚,均获得良好的骨结合,种植成功率达100.0%,且未出现种植体松动和炎症等并发症,提升高度为(5.6±1.9)mm。对照组种植体共植入37枚,其中1枚种植体松动,3枚有进行性骨吸收的情况,种植成功率为89.2%,无炎症和感染等其他并发症,提升高度为(5.0±1.3)mm。研究组种植成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.4277,P<0.05)。研究组的治疗满意度为100.0%明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.1858,P<0.05)。结论利用闭合式上颌窦提升术对口腔种植修复患者进行治疗,可提高种植成功率,减少并发症。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed maxillary sinus augmentation for implant repair. Methods Forty-eight patients undergoing oral implants were selected from the hospital from February 2013 to February 2016. 48 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group with 24 cases. The study group adopted closed maxillary sinus lift, while the control group received open maxillary sinus lift. All patients were followed up for 12 months after operation. The implants were recorded and the incidence of complications such as inflammation were compared. Use the hospital’s own questionnaire to evaluate the patient’s satisfaction with the treatment effect. RESULTS: A total of 34 implants were implanted into the study group. All achieved good osseointegration with a success rate of 100.0%. There was no complications such as loosening and inflammation of the implants. The height of the implants was (5.6 ± 1.9) mm. In the control group, 37 implants were implanted. One implants were loose and three had progressive bone resorption. The success rate of implants was 89.2%. There was no other complications such as inflammation and infection. The height of the implants was (5.0 ± 1.3) ) mm. The success rate of planting in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (χ2 = 11.4277, P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group (χ2 = 18.1858, P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of oral implants in closed maxillary sinus augmentation can improve the success rate of implantation and reduce the complications.
