[目的]了解松潘县儿童家长预防接种知识并对其影响因素进行分析,为开展免疫规划相关健康教育提供依据。[方法]自行设计问卷,采用随机抽样的方法进行免疫规划知识及其影响因素调查,共调查500名,有效问卷400份。采用SPSS 13.0软件对资料进行统计分析。[结果]儿童家长免疫规划知识回答正确率较低,总得分为(9.77±4.08)分,总及格率为49.25%;Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响儿童家长预防接种知识的因素包括民族、文化程度、年龄、与接种点的距离、居住地为城乡。[结论]应根据不同的人口特征(如流动人口),开展多种形式的健康教育,以加强免疫规划知识的普及。
[Objective] To understand the immunization knowledge of parents of children in Songpan County and to analyze their influential factors, and provide the basis for health education related to immunization programs. [Method] Self-designed questionnaires were used to carry out a survey of immunization planning knowledge and its influencing factors using a random sampling method. A total of 500 valid questionnaires and 400 valid questionnaires were collected. Data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. [Results] The correct answer rate of children’s immunization planning knowledge was low, with a total score of (9.77 ± 4.08) points and a total pass rate of 49.25%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting children’s immunization knowledge were ethnic and educational level , Age, the distance from the inoculation point, the place of residence for urban and rural areas. [Conclusions] Various forms of health education should be carried out according to different demographic characteristics (such as floating population) so as to enhance the popularization of immunization planning knowledge.
