澳大利亚是个开放的移民国家。世界各地的人们在此旅游、访问、学习、工作。而在澳大利亚无论你从事什么职业,主要有以下两类待遇选择:(1)永久性全职或半职工作:即在聘用合同有效期内,全职或半职工作,享受年薪包括:带薪病假、公假;带薪度假(每年四周)。(2)临时全职或半职工作即员工与雇主是临时关系。员工工资按每小时支付,请假、休假、公假无薪。由于澳大利亚这种就业待遇的特殊性以及其人力资源昂贵,流动性大,加之该国假期多,请假的员工多,各幼儿园每周或隔周要做教学计划等诸多因素,使得幼儿园经常出现师资空缺,因此造就了许多职业中介。笔者注意到,在很多幼儿园,有时中介派送的员工要比其内部员工多。因此职
