苏府[2014]84号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《推动政府部分职能向社会转移的工作意见》已经市政府第24次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻实施。苏州市人民政府2013年5月19日推动政府部分职能向社会转移的工作意见为贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会关于切实转变政府职能、深化行政体制改革的要求,现就简政放权,推动我市政府部分职能规范有序向社会转移,制定本意见。
