过去尸体防腐和色素灌注均分别进行,我们在天津医学院解剖教研组新的尸体防腐方法的基础上,把防腐与色素灌注结合起来一次完成,效果较好,方法简介如下: (一)固定液及防腐液配制: 甲液:取水4000ml置于有盖容器中,然后将25度左右的氨水700ml倾入水中混合,再将1400ml甲醛液(36％原液)倾入(此时发生热反应,约40℃并放出嗅味)应迅速盖好盖,放置12～24小时待用。乙液:取乙醇3000ml(95％工业用),甘油300ml,混合搅拌5分钟,待用。
