通过比较分析了testo360烟气分析系统在烟气成分全分析和在线监测性能上的先进性,对4 t/h和10 t/h链条炉烟气成分动态监测分析表明,烟气中SO2与O2浓度的高低峰谷正好相反,而NO与SO2浓度的高低变化趋势则基本相似,同时NO又受到CO浓度变化的影响。探讨了炉型大小对烟气成分的影响。由于工业炉温一般在1 200 ℃以上,故烟气中SO浓度主要取决于入炉煤含硫量以及脱硫技术的影响
