2011年8月8日,广州本田同东风本田宣布在华召回76万辆雅阁、奥德赛及思铂睿;8月15日,天津一汽丰田宣布召回近3.4万辆花冠;9月9日,神龙汽车宣布召回2.5万余辆东风标致408/2.0L自动档轿车……细心的读者会发现:除了以上提到的车企,当前戴尔、强生、三洋等一干知名企业也受困于“召回门”。面对召回,我们震惊于其数字之大,也为召回企业态度之迥异而慨叹,更对召回事件的频发表示不解。上述品牌的召回,也给国内制造企业敲响了警钟。或许不少企业在为国内没有召回制度而窃喜,但随着市场秩序的不断完善以及品质管理要求的不断提升,召回制度在国内实行只是时间早晚的问题。就召回制度而言,倘若国内外真的接轨,又不知会有多少国内制造企业败下阵来。生产制造过程中如何更好提升质量、降低缺陷率,如何让召回事件成为历史而不是企业发展的障碍,值得国内众多企业予以深思。
