[目的]观察健脾退黄汤治疗婴儿肝炎综合征(IHS)的疗效。[方法]将80例IHS患儿随机分为2组,每组40例,2组均予以能量合剂、维生素等保肝对症治疗,合并感染应用抗生素治疗,治疗组加服健脾退黄汤。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组黄疸消退时间及肝功能改善情况亦均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾退黄汤治疗IHS有较好疗效。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Decoction on infant hepatitis syndrome (IHS). [Methods] Eighty IHS children were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The two groups were given energy mixture, vitamins and other liver protection symptomatic treatment, combined infection with antibiotics, the treatment group plus Jianpiyouhuang Tang. [Results] The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group, which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). The jaundice elimination time and improvement of liver function in the treatment group were also better than those in the control group <0.05). [Conclusion] Jianpi Decoction can effectively treat IHS.
