作为初中班主任,在管理班级工作过程中要引导学生以健康发展为目标,围绕培养学生爱国主义精神、确立远大志向抱负为中心,不断探索班级管理的新思路,这样才能收到较好的教学效果。下面结合自己的实际谈谈班级管理的几点建议。一、班风正,学风浓良好的班风是班级顺利开展工作、学生健康发展的前提。因此,我提出“班级是我家,建设靠大家”的口号,要求全班每个学生悉心经营,同甘共苦,同心同德,增加学生的集体荣誉感、班级自豪
