小学语文教育对学生个性与品质的形成有着较大关系,小学也是学生人生教育的关键时期,教师应重视对学生个性的培养。在小学语文教学时,应教育学生敢于表达自己的观点,敢于说出自己的想法,敢于和别人“不一样”。受到传统教学理念的影响,在教学时过于强调统一,忽视了学生的个性,这不利于形成健康的人格。加强个性培养,有利于学生后天良好性格的形成。
Primary school Chinese education has a great relationship with the formation of students ’personality and quality. Primary school is also the key period of students’ life education. Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of individuality of students. In primary school Chinese teaching, students should be daring to express their point of view, dare to say their own ideas, dare to be “different” from others. Influenced by the traditional teaching philosophy, the emphasis on unification in teaching and neglect of students’ personality is not conducive to the formation of a healthy personality. Strengthening personality training is conducive to the formation of good character of the day after tomorrow.
