素以“蘑菇乡”闻名的上海市南汇县书院乡,从1988年起以大、小麦为原料,生产并推广颗粒菌种发展蘑菇生产,取得了显著成效。去年该乡蘑菇总产量达209公斤,菇农收入765万元,创外汇100多万美元,连续10余年夺得市郊桂冠。1990年全乡共生产颗粒菌种144万瓶,占菌种总数的95%以上。改用颗粒菌种有四大优势:一是省本,1瓶颗粒菌种可抵3瓶垄糠菌种,节省费用三分之一。二是快发,颗粒菌种的菌丝比常规菌种萌发快2~3天,且发菌健壮。三是
