报告目1991年10月以来以骨膦治疗的骨转移癌15例．并对生化指标与疗效对照观察。结果显示：血ALP、ACP及LDH较血Ga2+、P能更敏感、准确地反映病情程度而变化．为选择治疗方法、判断疗效的重要参考指标。
Report of 15 bone metastases treated with bone phosphine since October 1991. And control of biochemical indicators and efficacy observed. The results showed that blood ALP, ACP and LDH were more sensitive and accurate than blood Ga2+ and P. It is an important reference index for selecting treatment methods and judging therapeutic effects.
