目的:考察银胡感冒海绵剂的体外透皮吸收性能。方法:采用Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮扩散试验,以10%乙醇为接收液,收集不同时间点的透皮接收液,通过HPLC测定绿原酸含量,GC测定芳樟醇含量,计算指标成分的累积渗透量和渗透速率。结果:绿原酸、芳樟醇的累积渗透量回归方程分别为Q=7.143 8t+8.229 4(r=0.996 1),Q=125.375t-143.705(r=0.989 8),透皮速率依次为7.144,125.375μg.cm-2.h-1。结论:银胡感冒海绵剂中绿原酸在24 h内持续均匀渗透,而芳樟醇基本在12 h大部分已渗透;该方法简便,快速,是综合评价银胡感冒海绵剂体外透皮性能的理想方法。
Objective: To investigate the in vitro transdermal absorbability of the silver-bearded cold sponge. Methods: The transdermal diffusion test in vitro was performed by Franz diffusion cell method. The transdermal receiving solution was collected at different time points with 10% ethanol as the receiving solution. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The content of linalool was determined by GC. The cumulative infiltration rate and infiltration rate. Results: The regression equations of cumulative permeation of chlorogenic acid and linalool were Q = 7.143 8t + 8.229 4 (r = 0.996 1), Q = 125.375t-143.705 (r = 0.989 8), and the transdermal rates were 7.144 , 125.375 μg.cm-2.h-1. CONCLUSION: Chlorogenic acid in the silver-bearded cold-soaked sponge continued to permeate uniformly within 24 h, while linalool had mostly penetrated in 12 h. This method is simple and rapid, and is a comprehensive evaluation of the transdermal properties of the silver-bearded sponge in vitro The ideal method.
