100年来,中国地质博物馆英才辈出。章鸿钊、丁文江、翁文灏、黄汲清、杨钟健、裴文中、程裕淇、高振西、刘东生等一大批杰出的地质学家曾在此潜心学术、建馆兴业。中国近现代地质事业的奠基者和先驱,也在中国地质博物馆谱写了壮丽诗篇,有49位院士在这里学习和工作,在大地构造、矿产勘探、古人类学、古脊椎动物学、古昆虫学等研究领域取得了丰硕成果。
For 100 years, the China Geological Museum has been full of talents. A large number of distinguished geologists such as Zhang Hongzhao, Ding Wenjiang, Weng Wenhao, Huang Jiqing, Yang Zhongjian, Pei Wenzhong, Cheng Yuqi, Gao Zhenxi, and Liu Dongsheng had devoted themselves to academic studies and built the museum industry. The founders and pioneers of modern geological undertakings in China have also written magnificent poems in the China Geological Museum. There are 49 academicians who study and work here. They are active in geotectonics, mineral exploration, paleontology, paleo-vertebrate zoology, ancient entomology Other research areas have achieved fruitful results.
