五年来,中国影协不断建立健全会员服务体制机制,共发展新会员五百余人,会员总人数已达6150人,团体会员31个。中国影协第九次全国代表大会11月29日在北京开幕。来自全国31个省、自治区、直辖市、解放军、中直机关以及香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区的351名代表参加了会议。中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘奇葆出席开幕式并讲话。他指出,电影作为光影与视听相结合的综合艺术,文化标识特征突出,可以说,电影是一个民族的面孔。回顾中国电影百余年发展史,那些银幕上诉说的风云变迁、呈现的悲欢离合,深深感染和激励着人们,给人们带来美的享受、情感的慰藉和向上的力量。
Over the past five years, the China Film Association has continuously established and improved its membership service system and mechanism. It has developed more than 500 new members and has 6,150 members and 31 group members. China Film Association Ninth National People’s Congress opened in Beijing on November 29. 351 delegates from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, People’s Liberation Army and Central China authorities as well as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan attended the meeting. Liu Qibao, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Secretariat and Central Propaganda Department, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He pointed out that the film, as a comprehensive art with a combination of light and sound and audiovisual features, has prominent features of cultural identity. It can be said that the film is a nation’s face. Recalling the history of the development of the Chinese film over a hundred years, those changes on the screen and the vicissitudes of life presented to them deeply infect and motivate people, bringing beauty, comfort and upward force to the people.
