人的造就是思政教育的根本目标。个体的人格发展始于自我意识的发生和培养。儒家通过对仁、礼二者关系的梳理实现对自我的定位,认为奠定个体人格之基础的关键因素是礼,而德性自觉是一成熟人格的标志。礼乐作为养成性的教育方案以参与性和引导性为本,追求人格生命的整体性和内在和谐。儒家对礼乐的细节讨论充分体现上述宗旨,并强调礼乐的践行性特征。先秦儒家丰富的人格教育思想可以为当代思政工作提供历史思想资源。
Personality is the fundamental goal of ideological and political education. Individual personality development begins with the emergence and cultivation of self-awareness. Confucianism, through combing the relationship between benevolence and rites, realizes the self-orientation. It is believed that the key factor that establishes the foundation of individual personality is rites, while virtue self-consciousness is the symbol of a mature personality. As a formative educational program, ritual and music are based on participation and guidance, pursuing the integrity and internal harmony of personality life. The Confucian discussion of the details of ritual and music fully embodies the above tenets and emphasizes the practical characteristics of ritual and music. Prehistoric Qin Confucianism rich personality education can provide historical thought resources for contemporary ideological and political work.
