随着乡镇企业的迅速发展,近些年来农村出现了许多小型化肥厂。由于这些小化肥生产技术设备比较简陋,对生产过程中所产生的毒物缺乏防护和处理常识,常给生产者自身、周围环境和农作物造成一定的危害。就拿我们邵阳市的情况来说,仅去年就有两个县的农村发展小化肥生产污染危害事件,市郊还发生两起小化肥生产污染中毒事故,其中一起由于污染了井水水源,造或87人发生急性中毒。
With the rapid development of township enterprises, many small-scale fertilizer plants have emerged in rural areas in recent years. As these small fertilizer production technology and equipment is relatively simple, the lack of protection and handling of common toxicologies generated in the production process, often to the producers themselves, the surrounding environment and crops cause some harm. Taking the situation of our city of Shaoyang as an example, last year alone, there were two counties in rural areas that developed small-scale chemical fertilizers that produced pollution hazards. Two other small-scale chemical fertilizer production poisoning incidents occurred in the suburbs. Together with the pollution of well water sources, 87 people have acute poisoning.
