推行厂务公开民主管理,是发展社会主义民主政治、贯彻落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是企业工会组织当前和今后工作中一项重要的使命。厂务公开工作的开展,既有利于职工民主参与和民主管理权利的落实,又有利于企业获得广泛的群众基础,实现企业管理的科学化、民主化。对于增强职工队伍凝聚力,调动职工的积极性和创造性,推动企业改革与发展发挥重要作用。由此可见,企业的厂务公开在促进和谐发展的企业中具有十分重要的作用。
The implementation of open and democratic management of factory affairs is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialist democratic politics, the implementation of the scientific concept of development and the building of a harmonious socialist society. It is also an important mission of the current and future work of trade unions in enterprises. The opening of factory affairs open work not only benefits the implementation of workers’ democratic participation and democratic management rights, but also helps enterprises to gain a broad mass base and achieve scientific and democratization of enterprise management. It plays an important role in enhancing the cohesion of the workforce, arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff and promoting the reform and development of the enterprise. Thus it can be seen that the opening of factory affairs of enterprises plays an important role in promoting the harmonious development of enterprises.
