“说得好不如做得好!为居民解决实际问题才是真的好。”这是中山区葵英街道林海社区党总支书记于丽琴的行为准则。她常跟社区工作人员说:“我们真心为居民着想,才能赢得大家认同。”林海社区刚起步时,居民和物业互不理解,有居民发动大家签名,要求炒掉物业公司。于丽琴耐心地做居民的思想工作:“物业做得不好的地方,我们可以帮助他们改正。大家想想,再换一家物业,就能保证会做得好吗?”为了化解矛盾,和谐社区,于丽琴在全国率先创建了以社区党组织为核心,社区居委会、物业公司、业主委员会三方交叉任职,密切配合的“三位一体”工作模式。每次出现问题,社区党组织
