The harm of adverse drug reactions has become a social issue of common international concern. In order to cooperate with the monitoring of adverse drug reactions in China, we have collected 408 kinds of medical journals from 1915 to 1986 in the past and expanded to the 1990 literature. We have obtained 1165 kinds of adverse drug products and diseases.
