目的了解成人EV71型病毒感染情况。方法应用ELISA法检测成人血清中抗-EV71IgM和抗-EV71IgG抗体。结果抗-EV71IgM阳性率为1.28%,抗-EV71IgG阳性率为15.74%。18～29岁组抗-EV71IgG阳性率17.58%,30～39岁组抗-EV71IgG阳性率19.70%,40～55岁组抗-EV71IgG阳性率8.97%。女性阳性率抗-EV71IgG20.59%,男性抗-EV71IgG阳性率14.67%。结论本地区存在成人EV71型病毒感染,且感染情况在不同的年龄组、男女之间存在差异,区域无差异。成人感染症状不明显,部分人与特异性免疫有关,大部分可能主要与成人非特异性免疫有关。
Objective To understand the infection status of adult EV71 virus. Methods Serum anti-EV71 IgG and anti-EV71 IgG were detected by ELISA. Results The positive rate of anti-EV71 IgG was 1.28% and the positive rate of anti-EV71 IgG was 15.74%. The positive rate of anti-EV71 IgG in 18-29 age group was 17.58%. The positive rate of anti-EV71 IgG in group aged 30-39 was 19.70%. The positive rate of anti-EV71 IgG in group 40-55 was 8.97%. Positive rate of female anti-EV71IgG20.59%, male anti-EV71IgG positive rate of 14.67%. Conclusion There are adult EV71 virus infection in this area, and the infection in different age groups, there are differences between men and women, no difference in the region. Adult infection symptoms are not obvious, some people are associated with specific immunity, most of which may be mainly related to adult non-specific immunity.
