我厂生产的各种制冷压缩机,其中有很多制件如内外阀片、活塞环及其它薄片制件等,均有一定的挠曲度要求。过去在车间对挠曲度的检查,采取将制件放在乎板上,用手敲打,再用塞尺插的检查方法。不但效率低,而且经常发生差错现象。后来,我们和车间工人一起研究,制成一台“挠曲度简易检查仪”。这台仪器制造容易、操作简便,特别适于成批生产的制件检查。下面将这台检查仪的概况简介如下。1.所需的零件(1)普通刮研平板一块,尺寸可根据制件大、小而定,长方形或圆形均可。(2)千分尺测杆1支,将头部磨成圆弧型,最好再电镀一层硬铬,以提高其耐磨性。
