根据煤矿物料运输的特点,基于局域网控制并结合RFID技术,对一种自动导引车系统进行了设计与研究。介绍了局域网控制下的数据通讯结构,完成了导引车系统的硬件与软件设计。将RFID的节点导向功能集于导引车系统,研究了节点数据传输的过程。由直线导引偏差实验的结果可知,该控制条件下的偏差可快速地收敛至平衡状态,增强了导引车系统多目标性与灵活性。
According to the characteristics of coal material transportation, based on LAN control combined with RFID technology, an automatic guided vehicle system was designed and studied. Introduced the data communication structure under the control of LAN, completed the hardware and software design of the guided car system. The node orientation function of RFID is set in the guided vehicle system, and the process of node data transmission is studied. According to the results of linear guidance deviation experiments, the deviation under the control conditions can quickly converge to the equilibrium state, which enhances the multi-objective and flexibility of the guided vehicle system.
